The administrative and supervisory team in Metuchen public schools has taken a leadership role in modeling the same expectations that it has of its instructional staff by participating in their own Professional Learning Community. This presentation will describe the formation of the PLC, the development of goals and objectives for the team, and the protocols used within the group to affect professional growth among the administrators and supervisors.
